"Power and Grace" 4"x12" Oil on Gallery Wrapped Canvas
This weeks auction painting is all about alligators. I painted it at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens in Gainesville, Florida. The birds and turtles saw him coming and scampered out of the way.
Alligators are definitely prehistoric creatures. That thick, leathery hide provides great protection. They move slowly on land unless attacking a bite to eat. In the water they are graceful and glide through the water.
Bids start at just .99 cents and shipping and packaging are FREE. The deadline to place a bid is 6 pm EST, Tuesday September 13.
